Terms and Conditions

Article 1: General provisions

Lou Lou BV's electronic online store lalalou.be offers customers the opportunity to purchase customized items online. These General Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all items from the lalalou.be range and every purchase made by the customer. The customer accepts that these conditions will be the only ones applicable.

Article 2: Price

All prices stated include VAT and other taxes required to be borne by the customer. Any transport, reservation or administrative costs are stated separately. The quotation applies only to the items as described and the accompanying photo may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer

The offer is only open to customers living in the European Union and is exclusively intended for normal private use. Although the catalog and website have been carefully compiled, the information provided may be incomplete or incorrect. For specific questions, contacting customer service is recommended.

Article 4: Online purchases

The purchase is completed when the customer receives a confirmation email. The items will be delivered on the delivery date indicated in the confirmation email. The delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Article 5: Retention of title

The delivered items remain the property of lalalou.be until full payment has been received. The risk for loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Article 6: Sanctions for non-payment

In the event of non-payment or late payment, the customer owes interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount and a fixed compensation of 10% with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.

Article 7: Complaints

Visible damage and/or qualitative shortcomings of an item must be reported immediately after delivery.

Article 8: Warranty

The customer has legal warranty rights from the date of purchase. In order to invoke the warranty, the customer must be able to present proof of purchase and report this within one week of discovering a defect.

Article 9: Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of delivery. Items that are used, soiled, damaged, or incomplete, as well as custom-made items, will not be returned.

Article 11: Affect of validity - non-renunciation

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or void, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

Article 13: Changes to conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be changed by lalalou.be without further notice. Any purchase after the change implies acceptance of the new conditions.

Article 14: Evidence

The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.

Article 15: Applicable law - Competent court

Belgian law applies. In the event of disputes, the courts in Kortrijk have exclusive jurisdiction.
